We'll help you get on the right foot. Just pick your country, and have your shipping zip code and order number in hand.
You'll find your order number in your RODEO Order Confirmation email. Then off ewe go!


Our Return Policy

All items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags, and price attached. No returns and No Exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the date of original shipping. We do not issue refunds for shipping charges. Exchanges must be for the same item or of an equal amount.

We do not provide prepaid return and exchange labels. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Damage, defective and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are processed within 30 days from the receipt. For assistance, please email info@rodeoclothing.com

Outlet Store Return Policy

Our Full Price and Excess styles can be returned within 30 days.no questions asked. Same goes for Accessories that are unworn and in their original packaging. Returns can be made of our outlet locations only

One note: Sales for imperfect Styles minus Tree Breezers are final.

Not your color? Not to worry. Gilts can be returned within 30 days,Just head to the top for the free returns process with your order number. It's on the shipping label or the back of the gift note (If you got one)


Online Returns & Retails

We take free returns to store or online (except for Outlet purchases see above). Returning by mall just means flying up to the top and picking your country. Otherwise, pick a stare here and stop by to say hi!


Used Wear

Lightly used or like new shoes are donated to our partner, Soles Souls, who then distributes them to people in need
